Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for shipment.

You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional campaigns.

Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select locations.

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain pincodes based on delivery reliability and past order history.

Additional verification may be required for COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your order in real-time.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Antler & Oak is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in resolving any issues.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply and COD orders may be restricted for future purchases.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide order details and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
